If you're worried about a friend or family member drinking too much or taking drugs then check out my article on MSN.co.uk under ‘life and style’/’features’. There's some food for thought and advice included!
Considering the tragic deaths of two young men from M-cat, or methadrone, this week it's important that we get the message out that you dice with death even with a legal drug as this still is. When’s the government going to act to tighten up this loophole? But (as many argue) even if tightened up, if someone wants to go clubbing and take drugs - whether it’s legal or illegal - may not make any difference. I'd still argue that making it illegal is better than not. We can’t just give up in the face of drugs problem in this country.
If the wonderful, vivacious actress Sandra Bullock can’t keep a man happy then who can? Yup, if you haven't seen the reports, supposedly her husband of five years has joined the growing mob of men who can’t keep their thingies in their trousers. He’s allegedly had an affair with a model coverage top to toe in tattoos - classy bird, eh? Then again, not match class on his part either and this says more about his lack of personality than hers. Dying to see the Blind Side - the film Sandra won her Oscar for.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: think about what you might lose before you ‘lose’ your trousers and dive into bed with the wrong person. I'd be filthy rich if I had £1 for everyone who told me they regretted the affair. By then it's too late so focus on that!
Loved hearing the Lost Prophets on Radio One last night - always a bit unpredictable and very rock 'n' roll.
Working super hard to get out and have coffee and cakes with a friend this afternoon - hoping the sun holds out as we’re going to an outdoor cafe if possible. Hmm… the fusion restaurant I tried last night isn't worth recommending!
Take care, Pam X
