Arghh…. too late a night last night - and now I have a huge amount of cooking to do. Hopefully some soothing sounds in the kitchen will keep everything calm.

Really looking forward to doing an interview on Woman's Hour on BBC Radio 4 this Tuesday. We’re discussing some research into an aspect of women's sexual response… if you want to know what you'll have to listen at 10 AM on Tuesday.

Not really taken as yet by Stieg Larsson's third book in the "girl with a dragon tattoo" trilogy… will keep you posted once I finish it. Definitely get your book recommendations into "your e-mail of the week"- it’d be fab to post some of your suggestions.

TODAY’S THOUGHT: I'm always very greedy and hungry for other people's recommendations when it comes to films, books and music. I feel there's so much to learn - maybe as you get older you realise that what you know is just a drop in the ocean of what you could know.
