I'm looking forward to speaking to Tom Dunne on Dublin News talk just after 11. I hear from the producer we've got some great agony questions from listeners - no two are ever alike which is why I'm never bored of 'agony'.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: with the press reports over the last day or two about the icebergs crumbling in Antarctica I'm definitely thinking more than ever of how I can save energy. If you can just turn off one gadget that you don't need, switch the lights off, walk, tube or train it rather than taking your car, we can all do our bit. This is SO important - I think about it all the time. Very disappointed to see that Tiger Woods got more coverage in some papers today than the melting ice! Yup, I love celebrity gossip like the next person but I do know when enough is enough.
Happy December - it's here - I'm still determined not to let chaos and stress rule my month. Might just listen to some soothing sounds while I work today - like The Very Best recommended the other day.
Arghhh, this is short today - as well as squeezing in radio, I'm being swallowed up by a volcano of work. Promised to see a friend this evening for a light bite and drinks - if I'm going to make it I'm going to have to get stuck in.
Lots of love, Pam X
