Don't Let the Exam-Season Become a Disaster...Here's my advice to...
On my weekly iVillage.co.uk blog that's going live later today I tackle a woman's dilemma about her boyfriend's loss of erection. In the long term I don't think this particular couple has much to worry about (he got stressed staying at her parent's house - my first thought? Don't worry about having sex on the occasional night they stay at her good old mum n' dad's or get used to being at theirs and relax).
In today's Express newspaper I've commented on the story about the teacher (who calls himself the Salford stallion) who's gone to jail for six years for having slept with 14-year-old students -- they should lock him up and throw the key away! Teachers are supposed to set the boundaries and there’s never an excuse for taking advantage of pupils in your care.
Also in the Express I've selected the man I'd take to a desert island (if I couldn't take the hubby) as my luxury treat: Matt Damon -- handsome, smart, an action man (think the Bourne Identity films) who could kindle a fire and a bit of romance.
So the rumours are true and Big Brother’s making a return to Channel 5 – can’t wait to see what they're going to do to the format - I'm sure there'll be loads of twists!
Having mentioned my MSN article on pre-wedding jitters I've had lots of questions about them - seems like many of you are worried about walking down the aisle this summer.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: my first thought is to CALM down. This is quite natural -put this in context: people lose sleep over moving house or changing job so you're bound to lose sleep over shackling yourself ...I mean joining yourself in life to another person for the rest of your life.
Start reassuring yourself that you have nerves are to be expected. And get back in touch in a couple weeks if they’re still jangling away!
Lovin’ Two Door Cinema Club’s new tune - Something Good Can Work – can’t stop singing it... you wouldn't want to hear!
Happy Wednesday, Pam x
