Happy royal wedding day - whatever you plan to do - embrace it or ignore it - have a great time! After I finish doing some live body language analysis for MSN it'll be party time... have friends coming over for a completely OTT wedding-style dinner party... a merry time will be had!

Can’t wait to watch and looking forward to seeing her dress – eek - she's going to look beautiful!

Had a fab time on The Vanessa Show yesterday - was lovely to see Vanessa herself and she has such an amazing team. Plus the lovely Peter Andre was every bit as nice as you'd expect. iIt makes you wonder how Katie Price could let him slip through her fingertips.

TODAY’S THOUGHT: If you have a ‘good ‘un’ hang on to them and use this day as your own private loved-up day.

Do one kind, thoughtful or loving gesture for them today. Stop neglecting them and take a few moments every day to let them know how much you appreciate them.

In my work I hear from so many people who don't know how to reach out to be a partner when things have gone wrong - they feel so much pain and don't know where to start to heal things. All it takes is for you to say how much you love them, and want to make it work, to start back down the right path.

Tomorrow I'm doing Sky News Daybreak (I'm soooo not good at getting up early) - will be taking a look at footage from the wedding and chatting about their body language.
