Have you done a Scarlet Johannson and changed your hair colour recently? She's gone from her famous to sort blonde locks to redhead... and there are lots implications when you change your hair colour. Take a peek at my article in today's Express newspaper where I’ve analysed the main shades you might choose.
As a behaviour expert I know how much people decide about your personality - rightly or wrongly - from the ‘outer package’ and one of the first things they notice is your hair colour. You can make a powerful statement about yourself especially if you change shades.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: and another great way to make people – like at the office - take notice of the new you is through a simple change of style. It's simple: a change in our expected behaviour grabs attention.
As only a low key Chelsea supporter I had to feel for the massive Chelsea fans in the family as we watched the match together yesterday. With United's first goal 36 seconds into the match it was downhill from there.
Beware the tweets you believe - maybe the fantasies of a twit - just because it on twitter it doesn't mean the celebrities being named have played away. You've got to feel for people like Gabby Logan having to issue strong denials of any affair. It makes me see red some people feel they can play God with other people's personal lives.
Talking about what to believe or not - until I see Cheryl Cole on the American X Factor I won't believe she's actually got the job! What on earth was she wearing for a workout in LA pictured in the papers today? Weird baggy trousers and stripey top...sack the stylist for that one! Then again she could look fab in a black bin bag.
Ahhh...a happy ending for Paul McCartney as he gets engaged - you're never too old for love!
And a sad ending for Seve Ballesteros, dying at 54 after battling a brain tumour. I've never been into golf but my late-father was and he was a massive fan of Seve’s – so the affection for Seve slightly wore off on me. Seve had one of those complicated personalities with both charm and the darker side that people find irresistible.
It makes you thankful for your health. Take care of yourself, Pam x
