Don't Let the Exam-Season Become a Disaster...Here's my advice to...
So Caleb of the Kings of Leon has had another melt down on onstage in Dallas Friday night... think those boys are probably partying too much!
Weird and wonderful hats at Zara Phillips wedding yesterday - what is it with posh people and odd headgear?? Even Kate [Catherine Duchess of Cambridge or whatever she goes by] had a strange spaceship/disk-thing going on - looked like she might take off in the breeze.
It was a fun BBQ last night - excuse me if you're a veggie but we had the most delicious marinated lamb chops and sausages [somewhere pork n' leek and some were pork n' apple] - the hubby did himself proud on barbie-duties!
It's beautiful out - if only this weather could last. Before heading out to friends just had a comedy moment trying to put together a wooden shoe rack - the excitement of my life! Honestly it was like putting together a massive wooden puzzle... the hubby had to salvage things.
Preparing some notes for Body in Balance Television - this week I'm going to record some programme contributions on how sex and relationships have changed in the last 20 years - should be interesting.
TODAY’S THOUGHT: have they've really changed? Yes, for one thing we can keep in touch 24/7 with the person we love - 20 years ago most people didn't have mobiles!! God, remember that?? And this means we can message each other with flirty texts and loving messages at any time - that's a good thing!
But I think people give up easier on relationships - have really noticed that in the last 10 years. If it's not working they don't want to fix it. It's too much effort, they can't be bothered.
And so many wrongly assume it'll be easy to find the next "new big thing" when it comes to their love life ... it's not that easy!
Treasure what you have and if you've been a bit lazy them put more effort in.
Enjoy your Sunday, Pam x
