I've just posted a new article about Plan B couples - couples who don't meet anyone and make a pact to settle down with a friend. It's happening more and more and if you're heading towards situation check it out - it's on my homepage "Hot off the press".

I can completely understand this situation - and those who criticise it forget that many couples end up as friends after the excitement of the sex-fueled honeymoon phase. So in a sense Plan B couples simply miss that particular phase.

TODAY’S TIP: If you're looking at that great friend of yours and think they could be your Plan B make sure they understand your feelings.

They might harbour a secret attraction for you as so many otherwise platonic friends do - and think when you make this suggestion that you fancy them back.

Be very clear about what you're entering into... who knows it might become the greatest love of all.
