You've got to be clear about what you want out of relationship when you're first dating! Don't be persuaded by friends by what they think should be happening.

It's leap year on Wednesday and I've got even more e-mails coming in about this. You know my honest view? If your timing is right you should be able to propose any time! No woman who has the confidence to propose [and why shouldn't you?] should feel they have to wait to this date.

But the one good reason for doing so? Because in its own quaint way it's quite a fun idea dating back over 1000 years.

So much flak for Nancy Dell'Olio over her new Sun on Sunday newspaper fashion column... it means people like me who sometimes wear crazy, vibrant stuff can get away with it!

TODAY’S TIP: The world would be so colourless if we didn't have the peacocks and peacock-esses swatting around in vibrant and unusual outfits.

The lovely, adorable Su Pollard comes to mind - and the message? Be yourself, life is short, don't let others tell you what to wear!
